CHICAGO, Nov. 5, 2026 — Today, Motorola announced its best-sounding moto buds yet, the new moto buds ultra 27, with powerful tuning and sound that make every detail matter. Designed for the audio aficionados, these buds feature Bose SoundDesign tuning and Bose QuietControl ANC to keep immersive sound in and distractions out. Each earbud contains three high-SNR microphones with a Voice Pickup Unit (VPU), ensuring that crisp audio extends to one's voice as well. Intelligent features like AI Live Translate1 keep users present in conversations while hands-free Head Gestures2 add convenience to one's daily routine. Users can also expect up to 8 hours of playback3 on a single charge for consistent entertainment.
Sound by Bose technology for luxurious listening
With Bose SoundDesign tuning, users can absorb every word of a feature film or engross themselves in their favorite album. Bose's tuning expertise offers an advanced, distinct audio experience that produces notes that are unmistakably clear and immersive. This richness is complemented by two speakers: a larger 11mm dynamic driver and a smaller, dedicated balanced armature. They split the heavy lifting to produce high-quality, intricate sound.
For those who desire the most realistic audio, these buds include Hi-Res Audio that preserves nuanced details that can easily get lost over standard Bluetooth® streaming. When paired with compatible Motorola smartphones that support Dolby Atmos® and Dolby® Head Tracking, users can take listening to the next level with an even more immersive audio experience. With a simple long press on the left earbud, users can ask Motorola Qira4,5 for help, whether it's a cooking tip or quick fact, without pulling out their compatible Motorola phone. In the coming months, they will be able to simply say, "Hey Qira," to get answers completely hands-free.
In busy moments when users have their hands full, they can utilize Head Gestures2 and simply answer or decline calls with a nod or shake of their head. They can enjoy classic features like Wear Detection2 that pauses content when a user removes a bud, Dual Connection2 that allows users to stay connected to two devices at one time and Audio Share2 that connects two sets of compatible earbuds to one device.

On each bud, users can enjoy three high-SNR microphones with a dedicated Voice Pickup Unit (VPU) for crisp, high-quality audio.
